Support during the integration and operation of monitoring systems.
We have a permanent service of after-sales or "Hot line" professionals to provide remote or on-site solutions to technical difficulties or malfunctions of the equipment and programs or intelligence that make up a monitoring system and that, due to their complexity or technicality, are difficult to install or repair by less specialized technicians. These difficulties always appear during the installation or useful life of the system and are problems that we are used to solve after 16 years of experience and accumulated knowledge. It is included in our system maintenance cost.
